If something isn't working in one of our apps, or you have a question about your account or your data, email us at hello@rednosed.work. We reply within two working days.
What to include
- The name of the app and the version you're using (shown in the app's settings or in the App Store)
- Your device and operating system version
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if you can
Deleting your account or data
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Send the request from the email address linked to your account and we'll confirm once it's done, normally within 30 days.
