Privacy policy

This policy explains how Rednosed B.V. ("Rednosed", "we") handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us, or use one of our apps. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
• When you use our apps: the account details you provide (such as name and email address), the content you create in the app, and technical data needed to run it, such as device type, app version, and crash reports.
• When you visit this website: standard server logs (IP address, browser, and pages requested). This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

Individual apps may collect additional data needed for their features. When they do, the app explains this before collecting it, and the App Store privacy label for that app lists it.

Why we use it

• To provide and support the service you asked for (performance of a contract).
• To fix bugs and keep our apps secure and reliable (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• Anything else only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to host our apps, send email, and collect crash reports. They process data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Account data is deleted when you delete your account or ask us to. Financial records are kept for seven years, as Dutch law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. Email hello@rednosed.work to use any of these rights; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Children

Our apps are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify app users directly.
